  Since, high school I have increased my waistline, recessed my hairline, developed my communication skills, sharpened my sense of humor, matured my personality, and have a greater appreciation for my parents.

I enjoy Business as Missions, Home Groups, and discussing new business opportunities. My family enjoys traveling, shopping, snow skiing, and yard work.

My wife and I moved to Traverse City, Michigan in the summer of 1979, after graduating from Central Michigan University, and attending law school. Taught speech, personal communications, and theatre at Waverly High School, Lansing, MI. Spent several years as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner, and Smith.

In 1989, took a position as a Landman, with White Pine Land Services, Inc., leasing mineral rights for oil and gas exploration companies. Bought the company in 1997, and created five new ones. In 2011, retired and became a Business Development Consultant, helping start-up businesses, understand and maneuver through the marketing and business world.

Currently, hold designations as a Certified Professional Landman, with the American Association of Professional Landmen; and, as a Senior Right of Way Agent, with the International Right of Way Association. Have a Real Estate Broker's License with the State of Michigan. In addition, I have a Private Investigator's license; and, I provide investigative services for birth children/parents as a Confidential Intermediary.
